The operators’ image does not improve.
Claims against telecommunications operators are a trend that continues and seems to increase day by day.
It is not in vain that, according to a study carried out by the OCU, the industry of postal services and telecommunications is the one that received the most complaints last year.
According to the Spanish Telecommunications User Support Office (OAUT), in 2019 they receive 70,869 queries on issues related to telephone and Internet services, and a total of 25,805 claims (record of the historical series of the last three years).
What is the OAUT?
The Spanish Telecommunications User Support Office was created because of the need to establish specific mechanisms for telecommunications user support and to manage an efficient system to solve claims.
Reinforce the claim service.
Despite the improvements and facilities of the operators, for example in customer service, many consumers continue to have different problems in their contractual relationship with their operator.
Therefore, Red.es started the tender to reinforce the support service to the Spanish Telecommunications User Support Office.
