The Spanish Upper House joins to the flat rate
The base of the tender points to 440 lines, of which for 300 of them the Senate claims that the line contract must have:
- Flat rate, unlimited calls, to any operator and destination, including 800, 900, 901 and 902 numbers.
- 25 GB per month per line to be used within the Spanish territory and the European Economic Area (EEA).
- Unlimited SMS
Advanced services included in the solicitation documents
It must be highlighted that, although this organism expects to receive a proposal which includes flat rate, section 3.2 of the document, regarding the basic and advanced communication services included in flat rates, sets a very clear advanced service which consists in preparing volumetric reports by call type.

Latest generation and high-end mobile phones
The awarded company must also provide latest generation and high-end mobile phones for those 300 lines. These are some of the literal requirements of the solicitation documents:
- 128 GB of internal storage (without including external memories or cards).
- 4G/LTE connectivity.
- Multi-touch touchscreen with a minimum 5.8-inch and maximum 6.2-inch diagonal.
- Display with a minimum pixel density of 450 dots per inch.
- Official certification of resistance against water and dust IP68
- Mid-range mobile phones for the remaining 140 lines.
